In-Person OR Tele-Coaching Sessions
Exploratory Telephone Session
If you would like to find out more about my work, I offer a 20-minute Exploratory Telephone Session for you to get to know me and to ask any questions you may have. There is no charge for this.
On-going Coaching Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. Some clients prefer to contact me on an ad hoc or as needed basis.
In-Person Coaching
If you live in London, Ontario and surrounding areas and wish to come to our location in Wortley Village, In-Person Coaching is what you are looking for.
Tele-Coaching
This makes the process very convenient and it offers greater flexibility for people who do not wish to travel to London or for people with a busy lifestyle.
I offer 2 kinds of Tele-Coaching, Telephone Coaching or Internet Coaching using Skype.
What is Skype? Skype is a little piece of software that lets you make free calls to anyone else on Skype, anywhere in the world. And even though the calls are free, they are really excellent quality. If you are using a webcam, we can also use the option of a video call. Find out more www.skype.com

Payment is due in one or two installments before the session begins.
Student and group rates available!
Tele-Coaching Payment Options Payment needs to be received 24 hours before the session.
Payment Options - Cash, Cheque, Pay Pal or Money Order.
