“Absolutely amazing”…………….is how I would rate my progress since having the good fortune of having Sabine Hildenbrandt come into my life! How does one put into words what Sabine's life coaching and Synergy-in-motion has done for me? Well I'll try but it's more of a feeling. I first went to Sabine with a group of friends thinking we would sit around and listen to Sabine talk and tell us how to live our lives and what decisions we should make. As I had been going to conventional therapy for years and this is what I was used to. I soon realized it was much more than that. I found myself actually feeling happier. While muddling through my own unique set of challenges, I have looked for practical, immediately applicable direction. I felt misplaced in the traditional counselling session and as such, made little or no progress.
